Our Guiding Lights are driven and developed by the GWF leadership teams in consultation with our people. They come to
life locally at every level and at all GWF sites through a variety of initiatives, including reward and recognition
programs, local definitions, local action plans, and the P.R.I.D.E. of GWF’s people, living our values - Passion, Responsibility, Integrity, Drive and Empathy.
